📋 Description

• Plan and execute security integration, interoperability, functional, and regression testing for systems and security tools • Develop test plans, test cases, test data, procedures, and traceability artifacts • Validate security requirements and control implementation across interfaces, APIs, networks, applications, and cloud services • Document defects, coordinate root-cause analysis, and verify corrective actions through retesting • Support release readiness reviews, test reporting, and production-acceptance activities • Support the Department of Veterans Affairs COSE program, which delivers enterprise cybersecurity operations, engineering, architecture, risk, and compliance support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience • Five or more years of systems integration, test engineering, quality assurance, cybersecurity engineering, or related experience • Experience with test planning, defect tracking, requirements traceability, and integration or end-to-end testing • Familiarity with security controls, secure interfaces, APIs, cloud services, and vulnerability remediation • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
