📋 Description

• Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements • Customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs • Implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CMDB • Perform system upgrades, patches, and releases in coordination with ServiceNow best practices • Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and demo completed configurations • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design and configuration guides • Troubleshoot issues, debug scripts, and provide ongoing support to ensure platform stability • Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in sprints, standups, and retrospectives • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or 5 years equivalent work experience • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer • Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, and AngularJS • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and OAuth • Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules • Knowledge of ITIL processes and their alignment with ServiceNow ITSM • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
