• Provide direct support to individuals in home, community, and program settings • Assist with daily living activities such as routines, social skills, and life skills development • Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behavior • Support participation in community outings and structured activities • Follow individualized support plans and maintain accurate documentation • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and families • Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment at all times
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Ability to pass background checks and required screenings • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor • Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but not required (training provided)
