📋 Description

• Define product vision and develop product strategy with minimal guidance • Build agile roadmaps and break strategy and vision into deliverable increments • Work with cross-functional, cross-organizational teams, policy experts, specialists, technical teams, partners, and client stakeholders • Create connections across practices and disciplines • Provide product management direction and vision for contract project teams • Expand and deepen A1M's product practice • Mentor and train internal A1M co-workers in product management skills • Lead solutions and coach teams using user-centered and agile methodologies • Convene cross-functional teams to develop products and solutions • Co-create product vision with product teams and client stakeholders • Differentiate client requirements from requests to support product or program strategy • Deliver value within target timelines while balancing competing priorities • Plan compliance processes • Build cooperative relationships and coalitions and resolve conflicting organizational priorities • Communicate contract status, results, and needs to company leadership • Participate actively in client virtual meetings, including being on camera

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, design, computer science, cognitive science, human-computer interaction (HCI), human factors, or a related field • 8+ years of full-time related professional experience • Prior experience working in local, state, or federal government • Familiarity with federal government delivery concerns such as ATO, FedRAMP, and PIAs • Critical thinking about the product development process • Experience delivering projects from strategy through execution • Experience creating product roadmaps, OKRs, and user stories • Experience presenting and gathering buy-in on product judgment • Experience coordinating work in distributed, agile teams • High-level editing and writing skills with limited supervision • Familiarity with modern web-based application development processes and tools • Legal authorization to work in the United States without ongoing visa sponsorship • Permanent US residency • US residency for 3 of the past 5 years • Ability to complete a Public Trust background investigation, including SF85 or SF85P, fingerprinting, and related disclosures • Flexibility to work partner hours primarily aligned with Eastern Standard Time • Active participation in client virtual meetings, including being on camera
