📋 Description

• Sell auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and other personal lines products to AAA members via phone and online • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing members to promote insurance products • Provide personalized coverage options and premium quotes • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system • Participate in sales programs and respond promptly to referrals • Learn and follow carrier-specific underwriting and quoting procedures • Ensure compliance with agency policies for quoting, binding coverage, and handling payments • Collaborate with Underwriting and Quality Assurance to reduce risks and ensure accuracy • Stay current on insurance regulations and best practices • Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners • Occasionally travel for training (approx. 5%) • Deliver AAA Five Diamond Service in every interaction • Cross-sell AAA memberships and other relevant services

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a quiet, dedicated home office space • Reliable high-speed internet connection • High School Diploma or GED required • Associate's Degree preferred • 2+ years sales or customer service experience required • Insurance sales experience preferred • Outbound or cold-calling experience strongly preferred • Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within first 30 days (training and exam fees covered by AAA Northeast) • Life License within 1 Year preferred
