📋 Description
• Provide customer support to the Pro AV channel by providing information about technical product details • Respond to integrators, resellers, and Sales team to enable order placement through passive sales process • Process orders, relay tracking information, quote, check on order status, and resolve customer issues
🎯 Requirements
• Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school • 1-2 years of related experience - B2B sales support • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Problem solving ability and the ability to 'think on your feet' • Strong verbal communication skills • Service orientation and a mindset to support sales team and drive long term, trusting relationships • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
