📋 Description

• Represent and sell AAA membership and insurance products • Proactively offer AAA products and services to generate new sales • Conduct insurance reviews to identify suitable products and coverage • Use provided tools and underwriting guidelines to assess risk, recommend products, quote, bind, and issue policies • Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment • Provide a sales experience that enhances affinity to the AAA brand and increases member satisfaction and loyalty • Solicit new insurance sales through inbound calls, outbound calls, marketing lists, and cross-selling/up-selling existing members • Sell Property & Casualty insurance to AAA members

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must live in Arizona or Utah • Currently possesses, or has the ability to acquire active and unrestricted state-issued insurance license(s) within 30 days of hire • High school diploma/GED required • Excellent multitasking and computer skills • Proficiency in written and verbal communication • Quiet, dedicated workspace free of distraction • Ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet; no DSL, satellite, or hot spots • Minimum 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload • Schedule flexibility; call center operates 8 AM–10 PM Monday–Friday and 8 AM–8 PM weekends, and is open on holidays • Successful completion of criminal, education, and employment background screen
