📋 Description

• Represent and sell AAA membership and insurance products • Use sales techniques to proactively offer AAA products and services and generate new sales to prospective and current members • Conduct insurance reviews to identify suitable products • Use provided tools and underwriting guidelines to assess risk, recommend products and coverage, quote, bind, and issue policies • Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment • Provide a sales experience that enhances affinity to the AAA brand and increases member satisfaction and loyalty • Proactively solicit new insurance sales through inbound calls, outbound calls, marketing lists, and cross-selling/up-selling to new and existing members • Complete paid training Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM MDT, for 6–8 weeks

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in Arizona or Utah • Currently possesses, or has the ability to acquire active and unrestricted state issued insurance license(s) within 30 days of hire • High school diploma/GED required • Excellent multitasking and computer skills • Proficiency in written and verbal communication • A quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of distraction • Ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.) • Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment • Minimum 25 Mbps download and minimum 5 Mbps upload • Schedule flexibility; Call Center is open 8 AM–10 PM Monday–Friday and 8 AM–8 PM weekends, and on holidays • Successful completion of criminal, education, and employment background screen • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
