📋 Description

• Represent and sell AAA membership and insurance products • Use sales techniques to proactively offer AAA products and services and generate new sales • Conduct insurance reviews to identify suitable products • Use provided tools and underwriting guidelines to assess risk, recommend coverage, quote, bind, and issue policies • Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment • Provide sales experiences that enhance affinity to the AAA brand and increase member satisfaction and loyalty • Solicit new insurance sales through inbound calls, outbound calls, marketing lists, and cross-selling/up-selling to existing members

🎯 Requirements

• Candidate must live in Arizona or Utah • Must have active and unrestricted state-issued Property & Casualty insurance license(s) • High school diploma/GED required • Excellent multitasking and computer skills • Proficiency in written and verbal communication • Quiet, dedicated workspace free of distraction • Ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet; no DSL, satellite, or hot spots • Minimum 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload • Schedule flexibility for shifts between 8AM and 10PM, including weekends and holidays • Successful completion of criminal, education, and employment background screen
