📋 Description

• Perform complex analysis of data for assigned client groups and relate it to overall objectives • Research issues by collaborating with departments outside IPM/IPO and gaining support for findings and action plans • Apply knowledge of broader issues to recommend procedures and analyses needed to secure desired solutions • Prepare findings and recommendations for clients • Co-present findings to senior management • Review less-seasoned staff's work for accuracy, logic and appropriateness • Develop and coach processes for reporting information to clients • Work on recurring and ad hoc projects using analytic methods and technical skills to solve unstructured problems and complex analyses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience • 4 years of directly related experience • Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills • Ability to structure and conduct analyses • Adaptability, multitasking capability and strong time management • Ability to make effective formal presentations • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to coach and mentor co-workers and give feedback • Knowledge of insurance, accounting and rate-making concepts • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic and structured analysis and design techniques • Travels as needed for role, including divisional/team meetings and other in-person meetings • Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the United States • Must not require immigration support now or in the future
