📋 Description

• Collaborate with BRM/BPC, BSA, project managers, developers, QA, architects, solution designers, and other IT partners • Understand business needs, collect business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements • Coordinate project timelines and milestones • Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures • Identify and coordinate interdependencies across multiple domains • Lead and accelerate delivery of projects and initiatives within set timelines • Build collaborative relationships with domains and key partners, including the AI Council and Architecture Review Committee • Serve as a subject matter expert for applications and platforms • Review analysts' documentation for accuracy and completeness • Update BRM/BPC, BSA, and PM on issues and risks • Validate that technical requirements support business requirements and expected functionality • Create and maintain technical requirements, design documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Create technical specifications and documentation, including systems mapping, data flow mapping, database queries, and table updates • Assist with user acceptance testing and systems-related training • Extract, analyze, and interpret data; contribute to project reports and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years System documentation experience and/or technical writing • Bachelor's degree in a related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to travel as needed for the role, including divisional/team meetings and other in-person meetings • Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the United States • Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship now or in the future • Knowledge of business requirements, technical requirements, applications, and platforms • Experience creating technical requirements, design documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, systems mapping, data flow mapping, database queries, and table updates • Experience assisting with user acceptance testing and systems-related training materials and sessions • Ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data for business decisions and project outcomes
