📋 Description

• Handle routine non-complex to moderately complex non-injury Commercial and Specialty claims • Open, investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto claims • Adjust higher-complexity liability, property damage, and total loss claims at a proficient level • Verify coverage on policies with standard commercial symbols and/or specialty exposures • Service physical damage exposures in collaboration with casualty adjusters • Contact insureds, claimants, and other involved parties to confirm loss details and coverage • Explain claims processes, next steps, outcomes, benefits, coverages, and liability decisions • Investigate coverage and liability and maintain an inventory of pending claims • Negotiate damage estimates and supplements; validate reparability and monitor repairs • Arrange towing, storage, and rental vehicles • Address subrogation and total loss responsibilities • Ensure insurance program and Claim Service Level agreements are followed • Maintain required documentation and correspondence for state regulations and policy provisions • Support other claims areas as needed • Participate in employee resource groups, volunteering, onboarding, relationship-building, and team success • Attend divisional/team meetings and other in-person meetings as needed • Work any shift seven days a week between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Pacific Time, subject to business needs • Complete virtual, on-camera paid training beginning November 30, 2026, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Pacific Time

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or a minimum of one year of customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone, and chat features • Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of completing the provided licensing training • Basic math and moderate computer skills with technical aptitude to utilize a variety of software applications • Must meet work from home requirements including internet speeds and designated workspace • Ability to type 30 wpm • Two or more years of customer service experience preferred • Prior insurance claims experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Bilingual a plus • Auto physical damage training and/or I-CAR or SCLA enrollment preferred • Strong customer service, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, oral and written communication, and negotiation skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively • Flexibility to work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM PDT, including weekends and/or holidays • Ability to travel as needed for divisional/team meetings and other in-person meetings • Applicants must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US; Mobilitas does not provide visa sponsorship
