📋 Description

• Provide entry-level service and support to policyholders with a focus on first-contact resolution • Handle requests through a single channel, such as phone • Take and make phone calls • Manage policy information • Protect customers by cross-selling and binding applicable products, coverages, and services • Anticipate and proactively address future questions, needs, and pain points • Expound on coverages and provide detailed policy reviews • Provide insurance quotes for existing insurance policies • Process underwriting transactions within standard authority levels • Support policyholders via phone, web, and chat • Collaborate with other agents to provide timely resolutions and build positive relationships • Progress toward the Service Agent position

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or a combination of education and 1+ year directly relevant work experience • Capability to train and perform the job in a remote setting • Capability to meet work-from-home requirements • P&C or Personal Lines License, or ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire • 1–2 years of prior sales and customer service experience in a personal lines insurance environment preferred • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred • 1 year or more in a chat support role preferred • Bilingual skills preferred • Strong communication, empathy, adaptability, and interpersonal skills • Ability to navigate Windows-based and web browser applications • Efficient and accurate computer keyboard use for data entry • High attention to detail • Availability to work 40 hours per week within 24/7 operational hours • Flexibility for shifts ending at 8:00 p.m. local time and schedules including at least one weekend day • Must be at home location and on camera during training • Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the United States • CSAA does not provide visa sponsorship • Spanish-speaking bilingual claims agents are sought; insurance experience is not required for bilingual claims agents
