📋 Description

• Manage consulting projects and lead engagement teams • Plan, shape, and deliver technology solutions aligned with client goals • Mentor junior staff and provide feedback and coaching • Travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams • Implement Oracle Risk Management with senior team members • Drive requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment • Develop functional setups, run data loads, and support integration testing • Partner with clients on future-state business processes and functional solution design • Execute or oversee configuration, testing, and training • Guide technical teams on conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions • Supervise junior staff and direct day-to-day execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role • Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Risk Management • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience • 5–7 years of experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users • At least 3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud • At least 1 Oracle Cloud Risk Management implementation • Solid understanding of finance processes, including general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, and cash management • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to own project workstreams with little to no supervision • Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset • Aptitude for and enjoyment of working in teams • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed • Oracle ERP Cloud certifications are a plus • Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus
