📋 Description
• Develop new and innovative ways to achieve marketing objectives • Analyze marketing performance and find opportunities for improvement • Lead operational governance activities across assigned Clubs • Resolve complex operational and marketing challenges with creative solutions • Collaborate with analytics, product, technology, legal, and agency partners
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years' experience planning and implementing strategic marketing efforts • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Advanced knowledge of functional marketing principles • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance data • Strong business judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving capability • Cross-functional influence ability and experience collaborating without direct authority
