📋 Description

• Drives product innovation and transforms underwriting, digital experiences, and product • Modernizes processes through the adoption of AI capabilities • Leads discovery and experimentation to reimagine underwriting and product • Partners with cross-functional teams to envision, build, test, and scale AI-driven solutions • Shapes strategic direction and informs roadmaps by translating research into recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Deep expertise in Product functions and customer experience • Strong command of innovation methods, research techniques, and lean experimentation frameworks • Ability to apply AI/ML and analytics to product discovery and delivery • Skilled in designing and driving pilots for advanced technology solutions • Proven ability to apply modern tools (including AI-enabled capabilities) to improve decision-making and day-to-day execution • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity and influence diverse stakeholders
