📋 Description

• The P&C Product Manager III – Product Innovation drives product innovation and transforms CSAA’s underwriting, digital experiences, and product • Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies • Lead qualitative and quantitative research, rapid prototyping, and lean experiments • Collaborate with cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field • Deep expertise in Product functions and customer experience • Strong command of innovation methods, research techniques, and lean experimentation frameworks • Ability to apply AI/ML and analytics to product discovery and delivery • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity and influence diverse stakeholders • Proven ability to apply modern tools to improve decision-making
