📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and Salesforce functionality. • Gather, refine and drive requirements. • Build business stakeholder relationships. • Uncover needs through flow diagrams. • Facilitate requirements working sessions. • Relay and clarify requirements for the development and testing teams. • Prepare and/or review test cases. • Provide training for pre and post deployment. • Maintain a healthy refined backlog. • Participate in Agile ceremonies.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • 2+ years experience in Salesforce as an Administrator or Business Analyst. • Knowledge of Sales and Service processes in Salesforce. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Understanding and Agile mindset.
