📋 Description

• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned states • Maintain understanding of local regulatory landscapes and competition • Research and stay current on local regulatory conditions • Use research and analytical skills to inform others on approaches to market changes and responses to legislative changes • Analyze available data to identify trends and issues in the assigned territory and review findings with leadership • Analyze assigned functions or business areas and translate findings into process changes, strategy input, and other applications • Work in a highly consultative role and present issues, with management support, to senior management, regularly up to Director level • Support new product implementation as the subject matter expert in the local market • Participate in cross-functional projects, including system defects, discounts, forms, and contracting changes

🎯 Requirements

• 4 years of related work experience • BA/BS or equivalent work experience • Familiarity with state insurance regulatory landscape and market, including rate, rules and forms • Understanding of insurance products • Strong analytical and processing skills with ability to see the big picture and make solid recommendations • Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to a wide variety of stakeholders • Ability to partner successfully with others • Ability to deliver formal presentations with support • Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • MBA • CPCU certification • Actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS) • Travel as needed for the role, including divisional/team meetings and other in-person meetings • Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US • Must not require immigration support or visa sponsorship
