📋 Description

• Supports Rental Reps in all stages of the order life cycle. • Assembles and produces formal bid presentations. • Creates and supports efficient bid templates for varied client types and Rep requests, including company background, performance history, and supporting documentation. • Monitors confirmed orders and coordinates with Project Managers and clients to ensure production details are in order. • Prices and oversees specifically defined new client orders according to Rep direction and pre-approvals. • Manages new order enquiries and ongoing show needs while Reps are absent. • Ensures communication between Reps, Project Managers, and support departments, following up on feedback and status reports. • Attends client production meetings as requested. • Acts in lieu of the Rep remotely or locally to support client crews and staff in CL facilities and on job sites. • Requests and monitors rental contracts and Certificates of Insurance. • Reviews billing reports, order cost entries, and Nexus equipment additions to assist with or request invoicing. • Supports accounts receivable collections and contacts clients for collection information as directed. • Reviews and analyzes Rep Revex reports for errors, omissions, and cost irregularities. • Conducts strategic analysis of past jobs to identify missed value and future cost reductions. • Facilitates in-person appointments between Reps and clients, attending with or in lieu of Reps when requested. • Schedules regular phone and email communications with clients. • Researches and reports client activity and opportunities related to new or ongoing business. • Provides timely feedback from clients to Reps and management. • Supports company functions and events related to Rep and client relationships.
