📋 Description

• Support the creation, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce development. • Collaborate with learning and development professionals to design engaging training materials. • Assist with delivering interactive learning experiences for frontline, operational, and leadership audiences. • Contribute to the development of interactive and engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences. • Conduct quality checks on instructional materials to ensure they meet established standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. • Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. • Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment. • Attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough quality checks on instructional materials. • Interest in facilitation, workforce development, and operational or manufacturing learning environments. • Willingness to travel occasionally to support training delivery and learning events.
