📋 Description

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by aligning ERP capabilities with strategic objectives. • Configure and customize D365 F&O and CE modules, including creating and configuring legal entities according to best practices and acquisition company specifications. • Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational stakeholders to define business requirements for new entities, including legal structure, regulatory compliance needs, and intercompany relationships. • Design, implement, and manage Dynamics 365 F&O and CE test strategies, focusing on test automation. • Build automated regression, end-to-end, and integration testing frameworks. • Perform quality assurance on key deliverables, including test plans, and ensure projects stay on track. • Lead functional testing efforts and manage the deployment process. • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system changes and requirements. • Collaborate with internal data migration teams on technical and business testing of data conversion and data loads. • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that resolve issues and close process gaps. • Drive business process automation and efficiency using ERP technologies and new features. • Investigate and resolve system errors, data inconsistencies, and user-reported problems. • Report to the Senior Director, Corporate Applications. • Support a multi-year, large, global Microsoft Dynamics ERP integration strategy and integrate newly acquired companies into Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent combination of education and related work experience is acceptable. • 7+ years of ERP experience supporting multiple modules, with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with test automation tools such as RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool), Leapwork, Selenium, or other test automation frameworks is required. • Proven expertise in supporting finance modules within ERP systems. • Deep knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Project Management & Accounting modules. • Strong analytic curiosity and innovative problem-solving skills. • Demonstrable ability to work independently and in a dynamic, multi-functional team structure. • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and completeness. • Proficiency with data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. • Must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located. • Accounting or financial sector experience is a plus. • Background in project-based accounting solutions is preferred but not required. • Experience working with HSO AEC360, SKSoft Treasury Automation Suite (TAS), and Docentric ISV products is preferred but not required.
