📋 Description

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by aligning ERP capabilities with strategic objectives. • Configure and customize D365 F&O and CE modules, including legal entities, according to best practices and acquisition company specifications. • Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational stakeholders to define business requirements, legal structures, regulatory compliance needs, and intercompany relationships. • Design, implement, and manage test strategies for Dynamics 365 F&O and CE, focusing on test automation. • Build automated regression, end-to-end, and integration testing frameworks. • Perform quality assurance on key deliverables, including test plans, and keep projects on track. • Lead functional testing and manage solution deployment. • Conduct User Acceptance Testing to validate system changes and requirements. • Collaborate with data migration teams on technical and business testing of data conversion and data loads. • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and close process gaps. • Drive business process automation and efficiency using ERP technologies and new features. • Investigate and resolve system errors, data inconsistencies, and user-reported problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent combination of education and related work experience is acceptable. • 7+ years of ERP experience supporting multiple modules, including at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with test automation tools such as RSAT, Leapwork, Selenium, or other test automation frameworks. • Expertise supporting finance modules within ERP systems. • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Project Management & Accounting modules. • Accounting or financial sector experience is a plus. • Project-based accounting solutions experience preferred but not required. • Strong analytic curiosity and innovative problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, multifunctional team structure. • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and completeness. • Proficiency with data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. • Experience with HSO AEC360, SKSoft Treasury Automation Suite (TAS), and Docentric ISV products preferred but not required. • Must already possess work authorization in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
