📋 Description

• Manages real-time sales forecasting in multiple revenue systems, including current, future, and post-mortem activity reports. • Manages publication layouts in collaboration with manufacturing to ensure advertising requirements are met. • Acts as liaison between sales, marketing, edit, and production throughout all stages of sales process. • Administers sales data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for use in management and manufacturing reporting and analysis. • Collaborates with operations management on long-term goals and revenue growth initiatives. • Communicates sales performance results to sales and operations leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant professional experience • Experience in Sales Operations and/or Ad Operations • Background in magazine publishing, book makeup, sales forecasting, insertion order management, pipeline management, and project management • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
