📋 Description

• Establish a technical roadmap for the ServiceNow platform and capability lifecycle • Design integration, data, security, and business architectures • Rapidly deliver technical solutions aligned with business and platform outcomes • Troubleshoot and resolve platform, solution, and service issues • Drive continuous improvement of implementation methods and technical service offerings • Participate in an engineering Community of Interest • Develop and maintain deep technical expertise across domain systems, solutions, services, and applications • Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams on scalable, secure, automated solutions • Maintain CMDB integrity and support platform governance, process automation, and strategic initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience • Expertise in ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, HAM, and SAM • Experience designing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, catalog items, Flow Designer automations, and platform integrations • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, Integration Hub, MID Server, and REST/SOAP integrations • Experience with CMDB governance, data quality standards, discovery patterns, service mapping, and asset lifecycle management • Experience integrating ServiceNow with SCCM, Intune, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, identity management solutions, and third-party asset repositories • Experience providing Level 2/Level 3 platform support, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization • Experience working in Agile environments and translating business requirements into technical solutions • AARP will not sponsor an employment visa for this position at this time • Regular and reliable job attendance • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Respect and understanding of others to maintain professional relationships • Independent judgment in evaluating options and making sound decisions • Home office environment with ability to work effectively amid moderate home environment noise
