• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new sales opportunities within the construction technology sector • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns utilizing a combination of cold calling, email marketing, and social media engagement to attract potential clients • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present Aayla Solutions' offerings effectively • Persuasively negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and company capabilities • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing strategies • Foster and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals, preferably within the construction technology sector • Strong proficiency in lead generation techniques and tools, including cold calling, and email marketing. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Deep understanding of the construction technology market • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and independently in a remote setting
