📋 Description

• Oversee new professional services opportunities from initial proposal through to sign-off. • Respond to client and the Client Experience teams requests for project work and proactively manage a steady workflow for the team. • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to ensure technical solutions are effectively designed and see them through to sign off. • Prepare comprehensive project proposals detailing objectives, approach, scope and deliverables for client review. • Maintain work pipeline to meet monthly revenue targets and contribute to financial goals. • Ensure projects are efficiently distributed among Project Managers to balance team productivity. • Continuously develop the professional services portfolio, improving and expanding client offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical background and experience in solution design • Strong client facing experience • CSE, Project Management, CXM, or Engineering background preferred • PRINCE2 certification a plus • Must be able to work EST hours
