📋 Description

• Provide remote/local technical support to customers, contractors, and technicians for ABB equipment incidents, including PV inverters, BESS, PCS equipment, medium-voltage equipment, auxiliary panels, cooling equipment, and communications. • Coordinate with contractors and technicians. • Maintain daily communication with technicians to resolve issues. • Plan, direct, and manage Service Technician scheduling from assignment to assignment. • Ensure jobs are appropriately staffed and technicians understand assignment length and responsibilities. • Complete and maintain accurate documentation and records for performed activities. • Ensure technicians have the tools and supplies needed for jobs. • Coordinate and ensure technicians receive proper training and equipment. • Manage supplies inventory, including purchasing tools, equipment, and PPE. • Maintain constant customer communication to ensure completed work meets customer needs. • Address and resolve employee and customer issues or concerns. • Report to the Service Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma and 5+ years’ experience in the Maintenance Service sector, including Renewable Energy Projects or other energy related operations and maintenance industries preferred. • In depth Knowledge of communication networks, cooling systems, power electronics, interpretation of electrical diagrams, MV equipment, electrical switchgear. • Must be able to read and interpret technical manuals, procedures and regulations. • Must possess knowledge of EH&S regulations required for Technicians to work on solar farms. • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time. • Must be able to travel and work independently.
