📋 Description

• Provide remote/local technical support to customers, contractors, and technicians for ABB equipment, including PV inverters, BESS, PCS equipment, medium-voltage cells and transformers, auxiliary panels, cooling equipment, and communications • Coordinate with contractors and technicians • Maintain daily communication with technicians to resolve issues • Plan, direct, and manage Service Technician scheduling from assignment to assignment • Ensure jobs are appropriately staffed and technicians understand assignment length and responsibilities • Complete and maintain accurate documentation and records for performed activities • Ensure technicians have the tools and supplies needed for jobs • Coordinate and ensure technicians receive proper training and equipment • Manage supplies inventory, including purchasing tools, equipment, and PPE • Maintain communication with customers to ensure technician-completed jobs meet customer needs • Address and resolve issues or concerns with employees and customers

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma • 5+ years’ experience in the Maintenance Service sector, including Renewable Energy Projects or other energy related operations and maintenance industries preferred • In-depth knowledge of communication networks, cooling systems, power electronics, interpretation of electrical diagrams, MV equipment, and electrical switchgear • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, procedures, and regulations • Knowledge of EH&S regulations required for Technicians to work on solar farms • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time • Ability to travel and work independently
