📋 Description

• Execute service work according to work instructions and ABB quality and safety guidelines • Deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work according to customer orders and expectations • Communicate service work timelines and expectations to support customer retention • Work with customers while on-site to identify opportunities to improve operations and eliminate pain points • Perform field service tasks, identify technical issues, and conduct analysis through remote or on-site activities • Prepare material lists for service activities • Ensure materials, parts, and equipment are available and appropriate in quality • Train field service associates and customers when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a valid Journeyman Electrician’s License • High School Diploma • 1 year of electrical preventative maintenance, installation and repair experience • Experience as a licensed field service technician • Experience with hand and power tools associated with the electrical trade • Strong knowledge and experience of conduit bending (EMT) • Infrared windows experience preferred • Working knowledge of current NEC codes • Knowledge and experience working in and around 480V commercial switchboards • Industrial experience considered a plus
