📋 Description

• Develop and implement the global EMS/PCBA category strategy for ABB's Analytical Business Line • Consolidate the global strategy and supply base with factories across local, regional, and global teams • Lead sourcing strategies using the CIPS process • Ensure the supply base has the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements • Negotiate supplier agreements, renew price lists, and manage terms and conditions • Manage procurement planning, budgets, savings forecasts, and cost-out programs • Identify, investigate, and select suppliers based on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability • Provide ongoing supplier contract management and oversight • Ensure stakeholders execute the strategy and achieve category sourcing performance targets

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and category management • Experience ideally within EMS/PCBA or electronics manufacturing • Track record of building and executing global strategies • Strong stakeholder management skills • Negotiation and supplier relationship management experience • Data-driven approach to analysis and reporting • Ability to collaborate with factories, local teams, and global leadership
