📋 Description

• Install diagnostic systems and complete preventive maintenance and corrective repairs • Diagnose technical problems across complex instruments and document resolutions • Manage customer issues through resolution or escalation • Plan and prioritize service visits and maintain accurate inventory • Support on-call rotation, after-hours coverage, and travel for training or critical account support • Follow regulatory, quality-system, and laboratory-safety guidelines • Maintain documentation for audits • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor Field Service Representatives • Meet service sales, cost-of-service, and KPI targets • Use remote support tools to maximize instrument uptime • Maintain certifications through ongoing training and development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology • Ability to travel 50% within the assigned territory • Valid Driver’s License • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with laboratory instrumentation • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, VPN, and remote troubleshooting tools • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
