📋 Description

• Lead and execute Western Canada’s stakeholder engagement strategy • Drive strategic and tactical planning activities • Develop and maintain strategic relations with key external stakeholders • Monitor political, economic, and social factors affecting public policy • Provide insights and collaborate with internal teams • Develop and implement strategies to support government relations • Manage resources such as external agencies and budgets • Serve as a resource to internal businesses/functions • Ensure regular, proactive communication to align external activities • Provide informed direction and guidance to ADC

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field • Master’s Degree or PhD (preferred) • Minimum five plus years of experience • Proven track record in stakeholder relations • Strong understanding of public policy, HTA, and regulatory environments • Experience engaging with government policy makers • Strategic relationship-building • Ability to work under pressure • Strong communication and presentation skills • Project management and resource oversight • Healthcare industry knowledge • PC literate including Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~25%+)
