📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end change management for large, high-impact initiatives with broad organizational reach, including global programs and multi-workstream transformations. • Design and execute integrated change strategies encompassing stakeholder engagement, communications, enablement, readiness, and adoption. • Tailor change approaches to address regional, cultural, and business-specific nuances while maintaining enterprise alignment and consistency. • Proactively identify change risks, resistance points, and interdependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to support sustained adoption. • Embed change management best practices into program design and execution from early planning through post-implementation stabilization. • Enable successful execution of enterprise priorities by aligning leadership, teams, and operating behaviors to strategic objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related strategic roles • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-region change initiatives • Strong program and project management skills, including dependency management and milestone tracking • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior and executive audiences • Proven ability to influence, align, and collaborate across complex stakeholder environments • Change management or project management certification (e.g., Prosci, PMP, Agile)
