📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end change management for large, high-impact initiatives, including global programs and multi-workstream transformations • Design and execute integrated change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, enablement, readiness, and adoption • Tailor change approaches to regional, cultural, and business-specific nuances while maintaining enterprise alignment • Identify change risks, resistance points, and interdependencies, and develop mitigation strategies • Embed change management best practices from early planning through post-implementation stabilization • Align leadership, teams, and operating behaviors to strategic objectives • Act as a strategic thought partner to initiative owners and senior leaders • Identify, map, and manage stakeholders across functions, geographies, and organizational levels • Facilitate stakeholder conversations and drive shared accountability • Develop communications and presentations for senior leadership and executive audiences • Translate complex initiatives into concise, actionable narratives • Partner with program and project managers to integrate change work into delivery plans • Build and manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and change deliverables • Drive execution across communications, enablement, readiness, and adoption workstreams • Define success metrics and leading indicators for readiness, adoption, and change effectiveness • Monitor progress, course-correct using data and feedback, and facilitate feedback loops • Document lessons learned, best practices, and reusable assets

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related strategic roles • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, and multi-region change initiatives • Strong program and project management skills, including dependency management and milestone tracking • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior and executive audiences • Proven ability to influence, align, and collaborate across complex stakeholder environments • Change management or project management certification (e.g., Prosci, PMP, Agile) • Experience supporting go-to-market, sales, technology, or operational transformation initiatives preferred • Experience working in global, highly matrixed, or rapidly scaling organizations preferred • Familiarity with adoption measurement, readiness assessments, and change analytics preferred • Candidates must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future • Infosys Nova Holdings, LLC does not provide immigration or visa sponsorship
