📋 Description

• Work on business systems design and configuration, upgrades, and improvements for assigned technology platforms • Serve as a primary support contact for application end-users and identify and resolve application and cross-team issues • Perform impact analysis of desired changes, build and test system changes, and identify platform performance and workflow improvement opportunities • Mentor junior analysts, support questions, and delegate activities to other analysts • Lead estimation of enhancement or support requests • Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues • Liaise with business systems stakeholders and software vendor implementation staff • Develop understanding of operational needs and improve business workflows through technology • Participate in training and work with end users • Troubleshoot problems and questions and provide end-user support through tracking systems • Review project and issue status with project leadership • Assign or delegate configuration and other activities to Application Analysts or Managed Services team members • Act as delegate for the Applications Manager during incident or problem resolution • Provide mentorship and leadership to solve problems beyond normal responsibilities • Lead internal process design and documentation for continuous IT improvement • Work within a cross-functional team and communicate with project leadership, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders • Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures • Uphold company mission and values

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field; or high school degree/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role • Subject Matter Expert in one or more of: patient identification workflows in the healthcare setting, revenue cycle, CRM & MyChart, Patient Registration, or lab order entry • Possession of or ability to obtain relevant Epic software application(s) certification within 8 weeks of hire • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties with or without accommodation • Ability to work normal business hours and on-call, with potential for nights and weekends • Ability to travel approximately 5% of working time • Ability to operate telephone system, computer keyboard, and printer • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds for approximately 5% of a typical working day • Ability to work in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day • Ability to comply with applicable personal protective equipment requirements • Preferred: applicable certifications, especially Epic Prelude, Epic Identity, and Epic Eligibility (RTE) • Preferred: professional working knowledge in Health Care or Biotechnology • Preferred: professional working knowledge with agile delivery methodologies
