📋 Description

• Drive study execution and operational excellence across Abbott Cardiovascular therapies • Develop and maintain a productive clinical territory for the Cleveland, OH and Buffalo, NY surrounding territory • Identify, develop, qualify, and maintain clinical trial sites and investigators • Manage site regulatory, quality, startup, initiation, enrollment, monitoring, and close-out activities • Train and retrain site stakeholders on protocol requirements, technology, compliance, and clinical trials • Develop site-specific enrollment and deviation-prevention strategies • Evaluate site performance, recruitment, data collection, compliance, and operational metrics • Attend study procedures and follow-ups or ensure trained personnel attend • Collect essential documents, resolve missing data and data queries, and review source documentation • Report monitoring findings and maintain complete monitoring records • Provide clinical and technical procedure support • Collaborate with commercial partners on product launches, customer education, technical questions, and troubleshooting • Maintain clinical, technical, product, competitive, scientific, and economic knowledge • Act as a local clinical and technical resource

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, health science, nursing, or a related field • 2 years of progressively more responsible relevant clinical trial experience in the cardiovascular field • Ability to travel approximately 50% • Competency in catheterization lab and operating room protocol and procedures preferred • Core level Abbott certification and/or equivalent level proficiency • Knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical research application, applicable regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Independent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions
