📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment strategies aligned with company goals and objectives • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish enrollment targets aligned with growth projections • Use data-driven insights to monitor enrollment trends, identify bottlenecks, and propose strategic adjustments • Serve as the enrollment process expert and lead the team’s improvement • Review weekly performance against goals • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to efficiently onboard new practices with customized onboarding plans • Hire, train, and onboard new enrollment team members • Coach the team through live listening and shadowing to improve performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher • Minimum of 5 years experience in Clinical Operations, Sales or similar areas • Experience managing remote teams with a focus on coaching, accountability, and performance management • Proven ability to drive productivity and guide team members to meet enrollment targets, quality benchmarks, and organizational goals in a virtual environment • Creativity in finding solutions and relentlessly searching for themes and root causes • Comfort working autonomously, with strong prioritization skills and ability to identify internal and external blockers
