📋 Description

• Serve as manager of Clinical Supply Project Managers (CSPMs), or provide individual-contributor oversight of key pipeline studies across multiple CSPMs • Monitor the effectiveness of processes and quality of CSPM project work • Work globally and cross-functionally to ensure cost-effective study management and high-quality outcomes • Lead development of new processes to ensure compliance in Clinical Supplies Project Management • Work on large cross-functional improvement initiatives to increase agility and compliance across AbbVie R&D • Evaluate issues and propose solutions with a global perspective • Represent Clinical Supplies Project Management

🎯 Requirements

• BS or equivalent education and typically 14+ years of experience in the area or scientific area of discipline • MS or equivalent education and typically 12+ years of experience in the area or scientific area of discipline • PhD and typically 6+ years of experience in the area or scientific area of discipline • Experience in clinical supplies project management • Ability to monitor processes and quality of project work • Ability to work globally and cross-functionally • Ability to develop compliant processes • Ability to evaluate issues and propose solutions with a global perspective
