📋 Description

• Establish and maintain trusted, long-term scientific partnerships with C-suite executives, chief medical officers, chief pharmacy officers, medical directors, and senior payer leadership • Serve as the primary Medical Affairs scientific point of contact for assigned health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and payer organizations • Lead executive-level, non-promotional scientific discussions focused on population health, clinical strategy, quality metrics, and value-based care models • Deliver objective, evidence-based scientific exchange across relevant disease states and therapeutic areas aligned with health system and payer priorities • Support payer and health system understanding of evolving clinical guidelines, care pathways, and emerging science

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree required: MD, DO or PharmD in a scientific or clinical discipline • 3+ years of experience in Pharma with demonstrated success in external scientific engagement • Prior experience engaging payers, health systems, or decision-makers • Proven ability to lead complex scientific discussions and manage strategic relationships
