📋 Description

• Provide primary support to ADD customers and field personnel for complex instruments, focusing on onsite integration, assay training, and troubleshooting • Resolve instrument and reagent issues onsite and remotely, documenting information in the complaint handling system • Lead complex instrument and reagent integrations at customer sites with project managers • Conduct entrance interviews, assess customer needs, and manage expectations • Plan and oversee integration processes • Provide onsite operations training to customers • Manage integration timelines and conduct exit interviews to present results and secure customer buy-in • Deliver onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and reagent issues • Troubleshoot performance concerns to improve customer self-sufficiency • Document complaints and resolutions in the CAPA system • Identify product and process gaps to support continuous improvement • Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams and influence sales, service, and support strategies • Provide feedback on product performance and customer usability to drive design improvements • Support account management in critical situations across sales and service teams • Maintain technical proficiency and follow work processes, safety guidelines, and documentation standards • Manage projects, time, and customer accounts in alignment with organizational priorities and sales objectives • Operate independently with broad discretion and collaborate across teams and functions • Drive CAPA effectiveness through accurate documentation and resolution of customer concerns • Uphold integrity and transparency in customer and internal interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or another Health Science-related field • Two years’ experience in a clinical laboratory environment, technical call center, or with Abbott Diagnostics products • Must currently live in the East Region area • Preferably live in Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, or West Virginia • Must be able to travel 90% or more • Must have a valid driver’s license • Relocation assistance is not authorized • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology • Preferred: Four years’ experience in a clinical laboratory environment, preferably Chemistry and Immunoassay at a hospital, clinic, reference lab, or physician office laboratory
