• Perform all aspects of account management • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with corporate/senior management staff in key accounts • Conduct regular interactions with district managers and representatives • Collaborate across channels and stakeholders to uncover insights that drive business within assigned geography • Advise sales and marketing management with appropriate direction on challenges • Develop an annual business plan with goals and objectives to increase sales volume and market share • Identify business opportunities and threats at the market level • Share ideas and best practices • Provide direction to area DMs and representatives on maximizing account executive initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required • 3+ Years of Health Science Field or Sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical sales • In lieu of degree 8+ Years of Health Science Sales experience with minimum of 4 years in pharmaceutical sales • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g. CFR 210/211, cGMP) • Demonstrated ability to network and partner effectively across functional areas • Excellent organizational/project management and demonstrated leadership skills • Proven record of managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments • Valid driver’s license • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements
