📋 Description

• Proactively engage allied healthcare professionals with product and disease education supporting patient management before, during, and after approved therapies • Provide ongoing education and resources related to patient management, dosing and administration, and side-effect management • Collaborate with field teams to provide education support for allied healthcare clinicians • Engage clinicians in targeted accounts and provide clinical in-services and education • Identify educational needs and expand disease-state awareness, appropriate patient diagnosis, symptom management, and therapy initiation knowledge • Serve as a strategic education leader across academic and community oncology accounts • Develop customized educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights • Educate on product preparation and administration, adverse-event mitigation, monitoring, and management • Deliver 1:1 presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, podium presentations, and other approved education programs • Educate patient-care teams about associated infusion processes • Document and share clinical insights using strategic questioning and active listening • Attend and provide clinical information or presentations at internal national, regional, and local meetings • Support exhibit booths and displays as appropriate • Enhance clinical training initiatives and internal sales-team competencies • Collaborate across sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and clinical value and evidence functions • Potentially educate patients at patient advocacy meetings using approved materials and messaging

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Nursing or NP preferred • Master’s level education preferred • Three or more years of combined clinical experience and/or pharmaceutical sales, clinical educator, or medical affairs experience; Oncology preferred • Experience working in or supporting patients and HCPs in an infusion center setting preferred • Experience developing or implementing chemotherapy/biologics infusion procedures and protocols for therapy administration and patient safety monitoring preferred • Excellent communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, and analytical skills • Demonstrated experience adapting to change and embracing learning • Demonstrated experience interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data • Knowledge of evolving oncology market trends and their effects on providers and patients • Experience operating within a cross-functional team • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications • Ability to travel 50% of the time, including overnight travel and occasional weekends; posting also states Travel: Yes, 75% of the Time • Ability to drive a personal auto, company car or truck, or powered material-handling equipment • Valid driver’s license • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements
