📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of open court hearings and secure attorney coverage by phone, text, and email before hearing dates • Negotiate fees in real time, handle counteroffers, and protect margins while securing coverage • Triage competing, new, and at-risk hearings and make quick prioritization decisions • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, scheduling issues, conflicts, and urgent coverage gaps • Onboard new attorneys, answer questions, and provide ongoing support • Update law-firm clients on hearing status and prevent surprises • Log activity, confirm assignments, and maintain accurate pipeline and case records • Identify recurring coverage gaps and contribute improvement ideas in daily huddles and team meetings • Work toward daily metrics including coverage speed, dropped hearings, book efficiency, and cost targets • Set up the next day’s coverage and hand off unresolved work

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation, such as inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, collections, dispatch, scheduling, or high-touch customer service • Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication • Organized and able to manage many open items without letting anything slip • Calm and decisive under deadline pressure • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms • High school diploma or equivalent • Preferred: experience in staffing, dispatch, gig-platform operations, or high-volume call-center/outbound environments • Preferred: track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a metrics-driven role • Preferred: familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools • Preferred: exposure to legal, court, or collections operations • Preferred: comfortable on Mac OS and Google Workspace • Must work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time
