🎯 Requirements
• Have direct experience in the California property tax system—through your own practice, as part of a firm, or within a local government agency. • Are deeply familiar with county-specific procedures, deadlines, and rules, especially for California’s five largest counties. • Possess an innovative mindset—ready to find creative solutions while strictly adhering to all relevant guidelines. • Are available to consult on an as-needed, hourly basis via phone or Zoom.
