📋 Description

• Assist candidates with completing and verifying new hire paperwork to meet internal, Medicaid, and regulatory standards. • Process and review background checks for compliance. • Manage onboarding documentation and maintain electronic records in OnTarget. • Schedule and coordinate required training including AIM, CPR/FA, and Core Competency. • Liaise between new hires and internal departments for a seamless onboarding experience. • Track and update candidate pipelines using applicant and hiring systems. • Provide weekly reporting to management on onboarding and hiring metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. • 3-5 years of human resources or onboarding experience. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Comfortable multitasking and adapting to changing priorities. • Familiar with state and federal hiring practices and labor laws. • Passion for service and alignment with Abound Health's mission and core values. • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
