📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from customers exploring health insurance options • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments using active listening and consultative sales techniques • Educate customers on available health plans, benefits, products, and services • Recommend solutions based on customers’ healthcare and coverage needs • Guide conversations toward successful enrollment • Complete health plan enrollments while meeting sales and performance expectations • Identify additional customer needs and available solutions • Build trust with members and prospective customers • Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance • Protect customer information and follow privacy, security, and HIPAA requirements • Represent BroadPath, a Sagility Company, and client partners professionally

🎯 Requirements

• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License • Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses when required • High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of experience as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent in a telesales environment • Strong consultative sales and customer service skills • Confidence assuming the sale and guiding customers through enrollment • Strong active listening, communication, and relationship-building skills • Ability to balance customer needs with sales and performance expectations • Strong computer navigation skills and ability to work across multiple systems • Accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment • Ability to remain seated for extended periods while working productively remotely • 19-inch or larger monitor with VGA or HDMI port and appropriate cable • USB wired mouse; USB wired keyboard optional • Reliable hardwired internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ethernet cable • Private, distraction-free workspace protecting member confidentiality • Employment may be contingent on background checks, employment and education verification, licensing requirements, and other screening requirements
