📋 Description

• Manage a docket of workers’ compensation cases through resolution • Prepare clients for depositions • Attend depositions • Invoice depositions • Respond to client inquiries requiring attorney negotiations and move matters toward resolution • Respond to incoming emails and phone calls • Provide direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed • Lead non-attorneys by example and contribute positivity to the workplace • Participate in team events during and after work hours • Provide feedback to management to improve client service • Report directly to an assigned Senior Associate • Work with paralegals and support staff for substantive and administrative support

🎯 Requirements

• Must be California State Barred • Must reside in the state of California • Must be in good standing with the California State Bar • Newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply • Attorneys who have taken the February 2026 Bar are encouraged to apply • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Doctors' deposition experience preferred
