📋 Description

• Serve as a clinical resource supporting sales and partner success teams by demonstrating how Abridge’s ambient solutions enhance clinical workflows and patient outcomes • Partner with commercial teams during demos, customer presentations, and strategic engagements • Engage directly with prospective and current customers, including senior leadership, to articulate clinical value, address questions, and facilitate adoption • Provide prospect-interaction insights and feedback to product and engineering teams to help prioritize product enhancements • Represent Abridge at industry conferences, webinars, and events as a clinical thought leader • Serve as the product expert for the commercial team • Collaborate with the Product team to align customer needs, solution capabilities, and the product roadmap • Travel 30–50%

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within acute care, critical care, or med-surg • Proven track record working in healthcare technology roles such as Clinical Informatics, Enterprise Analytics, or Implementation Executive • Successful adoption and integration of clinical solutions • Exceptional ability to communicate complex clinical and technical concepts to frontline clinicians, healthcare executives, and technical teams • Experience and comfort engaging and influencing senior executives, including CNOs, CNIOs, CMIOs, CIOs, and CFOs • Ability to work cross-functionally, influence without direct authority, and serve as a trusted clinical advisor • Ability to evaluate clinical workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and translate clinical requirements into technological solutions • Experience in clinical success, implementation leadership, clinical analytics, or similar roles within major health systems or healthcare technology companies is a bonus • Ability to manage and lead teams or complex projects is a bonus • Ability to travel 30–50% • Applicants must currently be based in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States
