📋 Description
• Serve as the strategic business partner to a portfolio of dental practices • Partner with Doctors to clarify vision, mission, and strategic priorities • Monitor and analyze KPI dashboards (Dental Intel & Overview) • Conduct operational audits and guide fraud protection for practices • Coach Office Managers on leadership, accountability, and operational excellence • Implement and optimize internal Best Practice systems
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of multi-site dental operations experience • Strong knowledge of Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental, and/or Eaglesoft • Can interpret business reporting and convert data into action • Understand financial forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management • Are highly organized and tech-proficient (Google Workspace & Microsoft Office)
