📋 Description

• Support all general ledger tasks including monthly close and journal entries for multiple legal entities • Perform monthly reconciliations for multiple legal entities of sub ledgers/calculated schedules against general ledger and assess ending balances for reasonableness • Lead revenue and deferred revenue reconciliations and analysis • Perform variance analyses for financial statements and explain fluctuations month to month, year over year, and against plan • Ensure accuracy of ledger entries and reconcile subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger • Identify efficiencies in existing processes and propose solutions • Support various accounting projects • Oversee reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies • Assist with training junior staff • Analyze and validate financial statements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of accounting experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field • Strong knowledge of US GAAP • Knowledge of and proficiency in an ERP system • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate with all levels • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships with all levels • High level of attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to perform highly detailed work under tight deadlines and handle competing priorities • Demonstrated history of problem solving • Superb ability to identify, analyze, and resolve accounting and system issues • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
