📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and product information, solutions and relevant details to patients and providers • Evangelize customers and turn disgruntled patients into strong advocates • Support Field teams, Operations and Sales with timely feedback • Problem-solve common complaints, flag trends, and partner cross-functionally on preventative measures • Proactively improve the patient experience • Support employee programs that nurture company values and culture • Support branches across a designated market • Review new and recurring patient accounts and obtain required billing documentation • Research and secure customer information to continue equipment coverage through health insurance plans • Manage relationships with field leadership, referral sources, and patients to drive account resolution • Evaluate documentation for compliance with relevant standards and regulations • Follow up to achieve timely reimbursement • Perform other required duties

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent • 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare/health insurance industry • Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Word • English (reading, writing, verbal) • Intermediate level mathematical proficiency, with a strong ability to understand, interpret and develop spreadsheet data • Ability to physically reside and work within the United States • Ability to perform the stated physical demands, including occasional lifting of equipment up to 50 lbs.
